Health & Safety Commitment
We operate in line with UK health and safety legislation and best practice guidance to ensure the safety of our team, clients, and property occupants.

Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
Risk Assessments and Method Statements are available for all works where required.
These outline:
- Scope of work

- Safe working procedures
- Equipment and chemicals used
RAMS documentation can be provided prior to commencement of works on request.
COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)
We follow COSHH regulations when using cleaning products and chemicals.
This includes:
- Safe storage and handling of cleaning substances
- Product data sheets available
- Staff awareness of safe usage
- Appropriate dilution and application methods
- Minimising environmental impact
Only professional-grade products are used in accordance with manufacturer guidance.
Insurance
We maintain appropriate insurance cover for the services we provide.
Public Liability Insurance — £5M
Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Our team uses appropriate PPE depending on the task being carried out, including:
- Gloves
- Protective footwear
- Eye protection where required
- Masks/respiratory protection where appropriate
This ensures safe working practices and protection for both staff and clients.
Safe Handling of Sharps & Unknown Waste
If potentially hazardous materials are encountered (such as sharps or toxic waste - inc. asbestos), work will pause and the client will be notified.
We can coordinate specialist licensed contractors where necessary to ensure safe and compliant removal.
Environmental Responsibility
We aim to reduce environmental impact wherever possible by:
- Using products responsibly
- Avoiding unnecessary waste
- Recycling where appropriate
- Responsible disposal methods
Data Protection & Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and handle all information responsibly.

Secure Key Handling & Property Access
We understand the importance of security when working in empty or managed properties.
